Energy performance certificate
Issue of an Energy Performance Certificate (ΠΕΑ) for transfers, leases and every other case the law provides for.
The Πιστοποιητικό Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης, the Energy Performance Certificate (ΠΕΑ), records the energy performance of a building or an individual property and places it in an energy class from Α+ to Η. The assessment is carried out under the ΚΕΝΑΚ (the building energy performance regulation) and the technical guidelines in force, by a certified energy inspector.
We carry out the inspection, collect the necessary details and handle the procedure for issuing a ΠΕΑ, for transfers, leases and every other case the legislation provides for.
During the inspection the main characteristics of the building are recorded, such as the envelope, the window and door frames, and the heating, cooling and hot water systems. The necessary calculations are then carried out and the ΠΕΑ is issued and filed electronically in the designated information system.

- Check of the property’s details and an inspection recording the envelope, the frames and the mechanical and electrical systems.
- Calculation of energy performance, classification from Α+ to Η and improvement recommendations.
- Electronic issue, filing and delivery of the ΠΕΑ in print and digital form.
