Small scale works approval
Issue of the Έγκριση Εργασιών Δόμησης Μικρής Κλίμακας (small-scale building works approval, ΕΕΔΜΚ) for works provided for under the planning legislation in force.
The Έγκριση Εργασιών Δόμησης Μικρής Κλίμακας (small-scale building works approval, ΕΕΔΜΚ) is required for specific works on lawfully existing buildings or plots, such as scaffolding, interior alterations, pergolas, facade work and the fencing of a plot or a field. We examine the case and establish the procedure and the supporting documents required.
Before filing, the legality of the property is checked and, where required, any planning issues are dealt with. The application is filed electronically by the engineer through e-Άδειες and, provided the file is complete, the ΕΕΔΜΚ is issued electronically.
We collect the required supporting documents, prepare the necessary drawings and studies, and handle the whole electronic filing and the rest of the procedure.
