Information about services, procedures, required documents and deadlines is given for general guidance. It is not technical or legal advice about a specific property and does not replace an engineer's assessment of that property.
Greek planning and cadastral law changes frequently. We work to keep the content current, but we do not warrant that every reference to a deadline or a provision is up to date at the moment you read it. Confirm it with the office before acting on it.
Getting in touch is not an engagement
Sending a message or an appointment request does not create a contract and does not bind either side. An engagement arises only under a separate written agreement setting out the scope, the cost and the delivery time.
The time you pick on the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. It is confirmed by our reply.
The files you upload
By uploading files you declare that they are yours or that you are entitled to share them. Please do not upload files you have no such right to share.
Intellectual property
The text, drawings, mark and design of this website belong to the office. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Republishing whole texts without permission is not permitted.
